| dc.description | The Study Zone is located between the Zonal Valley of Los Chillos Administration of the Metropolitan District of Quito and the Municipality of Rumiñahui. this urban plan consolidates the valley as a centrality will be realized, in addition to solve the formal problems of the territory, thinking about the future development of the sector and an ordered growth. After the diagnosis made to the study area it was considered convenient to organize the territory by urban pieces that had a specific vocation and that responded to the immediate environment; This is how zone 1 was formed; recreational, zone 2; cultural, zone 3; financial, zone 4; educational and zone 5; agricultural. When analyzing the urban pieces separately it was observed that the extension of the same began to be a problem therefore it was proposed the use of ravines like green corridors and public spaces that bake the territory instead of separating it. The youth development center is born as a social need to respond to the lack of social welfare facilities focused on youth and adolescents between 12 and 28 years of age in the sector. The project is located in the urban area Zona 2; Cultural where it interacts with the historical center when it is located close to it but outside the buffer zone that seeks to protect the patrimonial center of the valley, respecting its height and buildings. The project has an urban design that responds to the environment, site analysis and the concept that is responsible for the volume of the project, promoting the recreation and development of young people and providing spaces that help their interaction and learning. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | La Zona de Estudio se encuentra ubicada entre la Administración Zonal Valle de Los Chillos del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito y el Municipio de Rumiñahui. En este se realizará un plan de ordenamiento urbano que consolide al valle como una centralidad, además de solucionar los problemas formales del territorio, pensando en el futuro desarrollo del sector y en un crecimiento ordenado. Después del diagnóstico realizado en la zona de estudio se consideró conveniente organizar el territorio por piezas urbanas que tuvieran una vocación específica, y que respondieran al entorno inmediato; es así como se formó la zona 1; recreativa, zona 2; cultural, zona 3; financiera, zona 4; educacional y zona 5; agrícola. Al analizar las piezas urbanas por separado se observó que la extensión de las mismas comenzaba a ser un problema, por lo tanto, se planteó el uso de quebradas como corredores verdes y espacios públicos que cosieran el territorio en vez de separarlo. El centro de desarrollo juvenil nace como una necesidad social para responder a la carencia de equipamientos de bienestar social enfocados en los jóvenes y adolescentes del sector de entre 12 a 28 años. El proyecto se ubica en la pieza urbana Zona 2; Cultural, en donde interactúa con el centro histórico al implantarse cerca del mismo, pero fuera de la zona de amortiguamiento que busca proteger el centro patrimonial del valle, respetando su altura y edificaciones. El proyecto cuenta con un diseño urbano que responde al entorno, análisis de sitio y al concepto que es el responsable del volumen del proyecto, promoviendo la recreación y el desarrollo de los jóvenes y brindando espacios que ayuden a su interacción y aprendizaje. | es_ES |
