| Resumen : | La Escuela de Arquitectura y Urbanismo de La Universidad de las Américas decidió cooperar con el municipio del distrito metropolitano de quito, en el diseño urbano de la centralidad metropolitana del Valle de los Chillos. Este trabajo representa el esfuerzo académico de la carrera de arquitectura en su interés de mejorar los vínculos con las comunidades locales para conseguir el espacio metropolitano que se constituya en un lugar que favorezca al mejoramiento del hábitat y la calidad de vida de sus habitantes. El proyecto del trabajo de titulación que a continuación se detalla está constituido fundamentalmente por dos cuerpos; El primero, describe en resumen la investigación y la propuesta de diseño urbano del Valle de los Chillos. La segunda parte es el desarrollo del objeto arquitectónico donde se hace un análisis teórico espacial del proyecto estructurante de diseño urbano arquitectónico que hemos ha asumido como el trabajo de fin de carrera. |
| Descripción : | The School of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of the Americas decided to cooperate with the municipality of the metropolitan district of Quito, in the urban design of the metropolitan centrality of the Chillos Valley. This work represents the academic effort of the architecture career in its interest to improve the links with the local communities to obtain the metropolitan space that is constituted in a place that favors to the improvement of the habitat and the quality of life of its inhabitants. The project of the titling work that is detailed below is basically constituted by two bodies; The first describes in summary the research and urban design proposal of the Chillos Valley. The second part is the development of the architectural object where we make a theoretical spatial analysis of the structuring project of urban architectural design that we have assumed as the end of career work. |
