dc.description | The DMAIC methodology emphasizes reducing the variability of production processes by means of independent techniques in terms of Define, Measure, and Analyze, improve and Control a process, project or daily operations, with the purpose of integrating them and generating effects Within a system. Industrial solid waste has become a new problem to be solved, triggered from the remediation of wastewater from production processes by different types of market, which is why it can be a problem to be Defined, Measured, Analyzed, Improved and Controlled, in order to remedy, neutralize, mitigate, exploit and reincorporate them in the Earth Ecosystem. There are few Ecuadorian municipal powers that assume the management and treatment of this type of waste and it should be emphasized that the municipalities where the main food production industries are located do not assume responsibility for management or treatment of these. However they can be managed and disposed in landfills by qualified managers, becoming a waste to be discarded and not a by-product to be used. This study Defines technical criteria to partially solve this type of inconvenience, remediation of non-hazardous industrial waste sludge, Measuring its composting process, Analyzing its results, Improving treatment techniques and Controlling its nutrients to obtain an economically viable product, able to reenter As raw material in agriculture or recover affected soils, contributing to the clean production of industries, ensuring the current quality of life of individuals without compromising future quality of life. | en |
