| Descripción : | Organizations confront difficult and hard to handle tasks to guarantee the necessary changes to implement the business strategy with a high level of operational detail. Organizations can opt for different types of strategies of business visions. One of the objectives of this strategy is finding balance between short and long term strategies of which their main difference is time, but, it is important that organizations decide which short term strategies to pursue while they insure the impact of long term strategies and, if need arises, to adjust the strategies. Business architecture as help for the organization in understanding it is structure and accompanied of different technologies to automatize and harmonize the business processes and resources, brings a group of benefits for any enterprise in any sector in which it develops. As a framework for the implementation of business architecture a model is used. In this case the framework used will be TOGAF that starts with identifying the current status in which the business is in terms of business architecture, information, applications and technology; to identify the desired status at which it is meant to arrive and the activities to execute in order to achieve it. In the present work, there is talk of strategic alignment and business architecture, as tools that allow organizations topple the hurdles that are associated with achieving operational efficiency of an ordained manner allowing the alignment between strategy, business objectives, available data, used applications and IT that manage them. That is why a government model is proposed to implement a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). |
