dc.descriptionThe proposal suggests building intervention of Panamericana Transportation Cooperative located at Av. Cristóbal Colón between Reina Victoria and Diego de Almagro north of the city of Quito, to be a building that is being used for a purpose not permitted as a transportation terminal within the city, also has a strategic location by the presence of the cultural zones which are frequented by tourists and also have restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which will help in the vision of the project that is aimed for tourists and residents known the habits and characteristics of the regions of Ecuador through thematic spaces and scenic each region. The intervention aims to develop in interior; Public area, where most of the dining room in their various internal and external environments, where the user is properly receiving services offered by the restaurant. Semipublic area, there you will find the kitchen with space for processing, washing and food supply. Restricted area, where you will meet the administrative and facility area. The intervention will be performed under the concept of the equator being the symbol identifying the country. The design will be on two floors and adding an extension to a third floor that will help in the proposal, being used to sever the project areas; Ground floor; kitchen area, reception, waiting room and office. First floor; Dining restaurant, Amazon Rainforest and Galapagos region. Second floor; Dining restaurant, Costa and Andes region. Each region is characterized by representative building finishes used in each region and textures that involve giving a feeling of living in each room. COAST; Is identified by open spaces outdoors, local materials like cane and Wood. ANDES; Characterized by its contemporary architecture, stone floors and sloping ceilings. AMAZON RAINFOREST; Her voluptuous vegetation combined with wood and slopes in the area. GALAPAGOS; Its islands are the main attraction will be represented in the design of floors.en
dc.description.abstractLa propuesta plantea la intervención del edificio de la Cooperativa de Transportes Panamericana ubicado en la Av. Cristóbal Colón entre Reina Victoria y Diego de Almagro, al norte de la ciudad de Quito; por ser una edificación que está siendo utilizada para un uso no permitido como es una terminal de transporte dentro de la ciudad, además cuenta con una ubicación estratégica debido a la presencia de zonas culturales las cuales son muy frecuentada por los turistas, así como también de restaurantes, bares y discotecas, lo que ayudará en la visión del proyecto que está dirigido para que los turistas y residentes conozcan las costumbres y características de las regiones del Ecuador a través de espacios temáticos y escénicos de cada región. La intervención interiorista pretende desarrollarse en; Zona pública, donde se encontrará el comedor en sus distintos ambientes tanto internos como externos, donde el usuario pueda recibir adecuadamente los servicios que ofrece el restaurante. Zona semipública, ahí se encontrará la cocina con los espacios para la elaboración, lavado y abastecimiento de los alimentos. Zona restringida, donde se encontrará el área administrativa y el área de instalaciones. La intervención se realizará bajo el concepto de La Línea Ecuatorial por ser símbolo identificativo del país. El diseño se realizará en las dos plantas y adicionando una ampliación de un tercer piso que ayudará en la propuesta, siendo utilizado para seccionar las áreas del proyecto; Planta Baja; área de cocina, recepción, sala de espera y oficina. Primera Planta Alta; Comedor de restaurante, sector Oriente e Insular. Segunda Planta Alta; Comedor de restaurante, sector Costa y Sierra. Cada región es caracterizada por los acabados representativos de construcción que se utilizan en cada región, y texturas que envuelven dando una sensación de vivencia en cada comedor. REGIÓN COSTA; Se identifica por espacios abiertos al aire libre, materiales de la zona como caña y madera. REGIÓN SIERRA; Caracterizada por su arquitectura contemporánea, pisos de piedra y techos inclinados. AMAZONÍA; Su voluptuosa vegetación combinado con madera y desniveles de la zona. REGIÓN INSULAR; Sus islas son la mayor atracción que será representada en el diseño de pisos.es_ES
