dc.descriptionQuito is a metropolis with a problem that drags about 60 years. The real estate growth and lack of planning in construction has made of Quito a complex city where the commercial and private districts are located in the same places. Mobility is a daily problem for people who own a car and work in different commercial-residential areas, where the lack of parking spaces versus the habitat of employees, considerably exceeds the urban space destined for auto guards. The limited parking places cause more traffic and hassle, government entities, private companies and universities experience this difficulty daily. Following the line of entrepreneurship and the collaborative consumer economy, this study proposes the creation of a digital application that will help people to find a parking space within the commercial zones in addition to the residential ones within Quito, through the creation of a Communicational Plan in mass media and digital advertising that boost the download of the APP and sustain the time of use of the same within a BETA period lasting no longer than 3 months. The ultimate goal is to announce, promote and introduce the use of a new product within a relatively young market in technology management and application development such as Ecuador.en
