Descripción : Prevailing the growing trend for personal care, whether for health or aesthetic, develops the business idea of a different spa, based on the good practices of Czech spa centers, which innovate traditional treatments by incorporating beer And its components as main ingredients of the process. This business plan seeks to determine the feasibility of implementing a Beer Spa in the city of Quito specifically in the north, adapting the initiative of the medicinal use of beer in Ecuadorian culture. For this project, a market research was carried out, divided in two methods: qualitative and quantitative, which allowed obtaining essential information for the project. The tools of the qualitative research were the focal group formed by twelve participants and two interviews to experts, in the two cases the participants expressed positivism to the project. In the same way, the target market was determined that are people between 25 and 50 years of the north of Quito, with an approximate of 34,744 inhabitants. On the other hand, the tool for quantitative research was by means of surveys, using the non-probabilistic (non-random) sampling type, respondents declared with 98% acceptance of Beer Spa. Being the first beer spa in Quito and in the country, using international practices, differentiation is determined as a general strategy, based on the innovation of its treatments. It should be noted that the infrastructure and equipment are of a high quality and the decoration of the spa will be unique in the sector. Finally, the initial investment is USD 56,489.90, where 70% corresponds to equity and 30% is financed. The figures are positive, the positive NPV of USD 55,627.71 indicates that the initial investment recovers and the IRR of 42.84% is higher than the discount rate, allowing a return greater than the opportunity cost of the investor. Resulting in a viable project.
