Descripción : The consumption of tea infusions and aromatic herbs is growing in Ecuador, since there is an approach toward the ancestral and its main benefits. It is for this trend which spurs us to develop this business plan with the intention of creating a new concept in what are tea infusions, for which it proposes the creation of a company that produces and markets tea to basis of banana peel with an added value that it is the use of organics bananas for young people adults and older adults in the city of Quito. The industry in which will unfold the present plan is food and beverages, sector that plays a sustainable growth, revealing the existence of business opportunity. The market research allowed to know the acceptance of the idea and the intention to purchase Tea SUNI KAWSAY for the target market with a 90,9% acceptance of the respondents. It has been considered the implementation of the intensive strategy of market penetration for their entry into the market. The main focus strategies are the most effective when consumers have specific preferences; ask for distinctive requirements and when rivals companies do not attempt to specialize in the same target segment. On the other hand, the team work that will begin operations in the company will have the purpose of planning, organizing, directing, controlling and perform the activities necessary for the efficient production of tea of banana peel. By means of financial analysis to determinate the viability of the project was able to determinate that it is attractive for its implementation, since under the expected scenario presents a Net Present Value (NPV) positive USD 26,683.92; and an Internal Rate Return (IRR) that is higher than the discount rate of 24,81%; this financial information indicates the feasibility of implementing the project of tea of banana peel.
