dc.description	The present research aims to explore the perception of neguentropic agents (interns and supervisor) of the Center of Applied Psychology (CPA), regarding the use of narrative techniques applied in the CPA. This research has a qualitative character with a descriptive range, since it tries to analyze the perceptions of the interns, which are not measurable and cannot be standardized (Pineda and Alvarado, 2008, p.106). Through the phenomenological approach, this research focuses on the individual and subjective experiences of the participants (Fernández, & Baptista, 2014, p.493). The main objective of this work is to analyze the perceptions of the interns regarding the use of narrative techniques in the therapeutic environment of the CPA. It also aims to identify the diverse narrative techniques which are carried out in the CPA, the changes in the consultants after the application of these, and aims to describe the impact of the narrative techniques on the consultants. As a result, this phenomenological research shows a description of the experiences of the neguentropic agents of the CPA contributing to a better understanding about the narrative techniques in the therapeutic environment.	en
