Descripción : The proposal of this business plan and the creation of the company SYM Drones are based on the fact that, at present, technology grows rapidly. Such growth is generating new needs in the global market. It is for this reason that this business plan proposes the creation of the company SYM Drones with a completely innovative project in Ecuador to analyze the feasibility of assembling and commercializing customized drones in the market of the city of Quito at the beginning, holding the vision of covering later the national market with this product. The study of the environment of the new company was able to determine that there are opportunities that offer different benefits when starting the activities of the company. The target market for the company SYM Drones is composed of men and women in the city of Quito in the age range of 25 to 54 years. These people have professional careers like Civil Engineering, Agriculture, Communications (Journalism, Theatre and Photography), they belong to the middle, upper middle class and upper class. These variables allowed knowing that the target market amounts to 2.144 people. The market study confirmed that this project is a business opportunity with this product and it also helped to know the price level and frequency that the marketwould be willing to pay. Finally, using the calculation and financial analysis it was possible to know that the company needs an initial investment of $76,784,33. This also validates the feasibility of this business plan, resulting in a NPV of $19.721,70 and an IRR of 34,89%, while the investment is expected to be recovered after three years, 9 months and 11 days of operations of the company SYM Drones.
