Descripción : The business plan investigates the feasibility of the creation of a company that is dedicated to the elaboration of an energizing drink to the base of natural and endemic products of Ecuador for the export and commercialization of the product. The methodology used in the study was the following, first by means of market selection matrices, both the country and the suitable export city (New York, USA) were identified, followed by environment studies from both the United States and Ecuador In order to have a closer view of both the country of production and of commercialization and of the industry in which it is thought to obtain through a PESTEL analysis and the 5 forces of Porter, to proceed with the investigation proceeded to analyze the tastes and preferences of the consumer by means of surveys of citizens of New York and reinforced by the recommendations of experts, a marketing plan was implemented based on the 4 Ps and an organizational structure propitious for the implementation of the company was set up to conclude with a financial valuation that includes: projection of financial statements, capital structures, sources of financing, interest rates and financial indicators that support the viability of the project. The results indicated that at the country level as at the industry level the income feasibility is moderate. In the analysis of the client it was possible that a market segment wants a product with special characteristics that have not been satisfied by current products of the market. The marketing plan is in accordance with customers, industry and budget. To finish with the financial plan that reiterated the feasibility and with greater performance than the companies competing in the same industry.
