dc.descriptionOne of the sectors with the greatest impact is education, so that the investment of state investment in this sector is increasing; This interest is also observed in International Organizations with the creation of programs that seek to raise awareness of the importance of comprehensive care and development of babies in their first months of birth. The benefits of this type of early stimulation have shown great results over the years and if growth in the industry is increasing. This research shows the feasibility of undertaking a Business Plan for the creation of a company that provides comprehensive care and development services for babies from 0 to 2 years old, for couples, single mothers and - or newborns in the city Quito. In the same way, an analysis of the industry can be observed through the tools known as PESTEL and 5 Porter Forces. On the other hand, a market study will be presented to determine the most relevant factors for potential clients, obtaining both qualitative and quantitative information. Finally, a financial analysis to identify the project's financial viability over time through evaluation criteria and financial indicators as well as its financial statements.en
