| dc.description | The present text is developed in three parts; the first analyzes the limited companies and limited liability in Ecuador, since its characteristics, in order to establish differences and similarities. Will identify, also the rights of partners and shareholders in relation to the social assemblies, the way to convene and attend to the board or shareholders of the couple. Then performs an approach to Information and Communications Technology to distinguish their characteristics and more important one of its main branches, the telematics media. These resources have several categories, such as synchronous media, asynchronous and those to obtain information. In addition, there are the principles of functional equivalence and legal neutrality. Finally, the first two parts are related to establish the types of virtual meetings, allowed in Ecuador by the Regulation SCV-DNCDN- 14-014. Sets criticism of this Regulation by the reason of violating some principles of computer law. Likewise, using surveys of thirteen companies some of them anonymous and some others of limited liability with its main domicile in the city of Ambato- Ecuador, all be determined the effectiveness of the virtual meetings with it is partners or shareholders made through telematics media. | en |
