dc.descriptionFor centuries the biggest problem of the organizations and institutions of developing countries (Move to Ecuador) has been the lack of a planning system strengthening and support to enable them to provide for any future consequences of actions taken within thereof. Today, both large, medium and small organizations have been forced to establish a mechanism to identify concrete actions for the short, medium and long term to achieve the general objectives proposed. The Columbus Clinic is a privately character, offering health services to the inhabitants of the province of Esmeraldas, Esmeraldas Canton especially in specialties hospitalization, surgical, ambulance, emergency and outpatient. Currently, the Colon Clinic presents great opportunities to meet the needs of health care of all people who suffer from some kind of ailment and are in or around Canton. However, the lack of a specific organizational structure certified each worker identification function and diversification of medical services standardized clinical performance. Determination of a Strategic Planning will: Understand the evolution of private health services in Ecuador. Set the real situation of the Columbus Clinic. Determine the market positioning of the Columbus Clinic. Raising new development and growth strategies for the Columbus Clinic. The methodology to be implemented for the development of the Plan for Strengthening and Development for the Columbus Clinic will be through the Balanced Scorecard methodology whose work will help translate strategies in terms of measurements, so that drives the behavior and performance of people towards the achievement of strategic objectives, from four points of view are: Financial perspective. Learning perspective. Process Perspective. Customer perspective.en
