The following investigation work is composed by four chapters based on the particular case of Fudise (Foundation for parents of children, youth and adults with severe psychomotor disabilities) same that as part of the postulates of structural functionalism theory has served as the basis for its development as well as with the communication model of Osgood and Schramm. It is for this reason that a coherent and applicable proposal arises from a different view as the Corporate Communication, combined with the process approach, one of the eight principles of quality management, where an integrated management system and a process approach is proposed in order to achieve consistency between the desired and projected image as well as being perceived holistically. In this way, the study and analysis of both, process management and structural functionalism allow us to understand the Foundation as a composed system of inputs, transformations and outputs which are reflected in structures, needs and consequences that should be based on the identity of the foundation, to project an integral image with the purpose that all processes performed are addressed within a common goal; Thus, an approach to Corporate Communication is made by coupling the identity as the input in all processes and later on to be transformed by the internal and external communication getting as the final output the appreciation of the public of an integral image, which will provide the balance to remain in the system.en
