Descripción : This paper develops an alternative method of artificial insemination in cattle called "impregnate" from existing methods of Traditional artificial insemination and Torito, evaluates the effectiveness of this method compared to those already routinely used, the necessary materials were used in this biotechnology, employing thirty female cattle haciendas canton Sigchos, which were selected by physical examination and gynecological checkups to identify reproductive health and functionality, jealousy is synchronized by the CIDR protocol and inseminated at fixed time the three groups of 10 females each, using randomly three insemination techniques. At 45 days post-insemination, by ultrasound it was determined that 18 cows were not pregnant, and 11 cows were pregnant, of which 5 were pregnant with the Traditional method, 4 with the Preñar method and 2 with the El Torito method, contingency tables And the Fisher exact test with 95% confidence, to determine the statistical difference of the methods and was found in the comparison; The Torito-Preñar- p value of 0.37, Prenar- Traditional p value 0.5, and Traditional-The Torito p value 0.22, all three values greater than 0.05, concluding that there are no significant differences between the three methods of insemination.
