Mastitis is a disease of great importance in the livestock area, caused by a variety of etiological agents, physical, biological, mechanical, infectious or due to management. A high percentage of these cases are attributed to the presence of pathogenic organisms, which enter through the niple canal and colonize the mammary gland, bringing negative effects that affect the health of the animal. The objective of this study was to obtain polyclonal antibody IgY present in egg yolk on milk of three subclinical mastitis-positive cows. For this, samples from two dairy farms were obtained on dairy cows located in Nono and Chaco. In the studio were manipulated 10 birds of 14 weeks of age from Lohman Brown breed, and inoculated with three identified bacteria in antigen form (S. aureus, S. intermedius and S. agalactiae). Additionally, diet variations were held, forming three experimental groups as follows: the first group with concentrate, a second group with concentrate food and vitamins and the third group concentrate with Spirulina, each group was inoculated with a different antigen. For the assessment, blood samples and eggs were taken for six weeks, performing titration in serum and yolk. The results showed that the Group inoculated with the antigen of S. agalactiae and maintained with concentrate and Spirulina had a higher immune response at 14 and 21 days, also the concentration of purified antibodies (10.5 mg / mL) was higher compared to the rest of the groups, followed by the group that was fed with concentrate plus vitamins and inoculated with S. aureus (9.5 mg / mL); and finally the group that was fed with concentrate only and inoculated with S. intermedius (7.2 mg/mL). With this results, we can conclude that the causal agents of bovine subclinical mastitis, are capable to generate the immune response in birds, therefore, the IgY are transmitted.en
