dc.descriptionThis project is the result of an investigation, is the project of a business to be done by creating a Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory detect in previous stages HPV, as a preventive measure to avoid uterine cancer; one of the specific objective developed, was determine the potential market an client, the segmentation of the market and the different competitions around, also advantages and disadvantages were taken into consideration, to develop an strategy of marketing, which involve a campaign to communicate the social impact of this project and the main objective of it specifically directed to women of the north of Quito, to create conscious responsibility due to HPV and its consequences, also it is better to prevent by doing de correct exam and diagnostic. The external analysis (PESTEL) identify the different political, economic, social, technological, ecological and legal factors which support the importance of this proposal, concerning industries Porter analysis was applied, and the to the client considering 3 factors, Geographic, demographic and conduct. In the methodological part this investigation considered quantity and quality while applying techniques such as quiz and interviews, using the guide of the questions previously elaborated, this was done personally to the selected group. The main objective of this, was to have real numbers about the frequency with which women visit their Gynecologists for their control every year, and also how much money they are able to pay to have exams and results to prevent, and also the level of knowledge concerning HPV and other uterine illness about themselves, learn also about their opinions in case of having an specialized clinic to go to be check and to do especial tests to determine Cancer and HPV, this technique also was used to determine the percentage of women which do annual exams to themselves. Having all the information the philosophy and organizational structure was stablished for de business in fact. The result of the financial evaluation shows a rate of discount of 5.75%, TIR of 19.91% and the VAN with 28.395, so the project is viable because of its rate of ratability of 14.16 points superior to de discount rate. In the conclusions is stablished the grate importance of taking into consideration biosecurity measures, and national and international standards of quality all this factors guarantee the high quality of the test and the results given to the clients on time. The social part of this project and the main objective of it is to make an effective and special impact to have a better society and a future educated women which takes care of herself to have the best life style they can, this project means a very small part of the fight to have women a better future and an educated society.en
