| dc.description | In the Baccalaureate College Private Schooling for drop out persons Israel - CEIPI, in it is administrative processes established lacks for operation in support tasks such as: registration, collection center and secretary. Therefore, the study has been conducted under the parameters at the implementation of the methodology process management in these three problem areas, there has been a primary observation demonstrating the shortcomings of procedures, lack of equipment and dissatisfaction external customer. A database with surveys and other data collection systems which were taken to be processed under different tools to obtain results that can be implemented to improve the processes now used. Process management plays a key role in facilitating tasks, optimization of time used, eliminating silent (waste), the rational use of elements, materials, supplies and technology. We are confident that the work done in this project will meet the objectives improving productivity, effectiveness and quality of support processes that take place in the CIEPI. | en |
