Resumen : El plan de negocios que se detalla en el documento está estructurado conforme la información necesaria para tomar una decisión de inversión en el sector de restaurantes y cafeterías en la ciudad de Riobamba, para lo cual, se enfoca en el análisis del entorno, investigación de campo al cliente, grupos focales y entrevistas a expertos. En el plan de marketing se detalla las estrategias que se implementarán para llegar al mercado objetivo del proyecto. En la estructura organizacional se detalla el personal necesario para generar el proceso de producción de la cafetería. Finalmente, en el plan financiero se busca verificar la viabilidad del proyecto en base a la información obtenida en la investigación. El análisis de entornos determinó que existe un espacio para posicionar la cafetería en la ciudad de Riobamba, bajo un concepto de manejo responsable de los recursos y amigable con el medio ambiente. El análisis competitivo determina que la industria de restaurantes y cafetería es altamente competitiva, debido a las bajas barreras de entrada y la rivalidad entre los competidores. La investigación del cliente informa que existe un mercado en crecimiento que se enfoca en personas jóvenes que buscan un lugar diferente para conversar y amenizar con amigos y familia. Con base en esta información, se construye el plan financiero que determina la inversión inicial de USD 87.419. El proyecto es viable, a través del análisis del Valor Actual Neto que corresponde a un valor de 6.538 dólares en el caso del proyecto y 49.405 dólares en el caso del inversionista. La Tasa Interna de Retorno determina 17,29 por ciento para el proyecto y 47,95 por ciento para el inversionista.
Descripción : The Business Plan detailed in the document is structured as the information necessary to make an investment decision in the area of restaurants and cafes in Riobamba city . For that, it focuses on the analysis of the environment, customer field research, focus groups and interviews with experts. In the marketing plan strategies to be implemented to reach the objective of the project is detailed market. In the organizational structure necessary personnel to generate the production process detailed cafeteria. Finally, in the financial plan seeks to verify the feasibility of the project based on the information obtained in the investigation. Environment analysis determined that there is a space for positioning the cafe in Riobamba, under a concept of responsible resource and environmentally friendly management. Competitive analysis determines the cafeteria and restaurant industry is highly competitive due to low barriers to entry and rivalry among competitors. Customer research reports that a growing market that focuses on young people looking for a different conversation and entertains friends and family with place exists. Based on this information, the financial plan that determines the initial investment is USD 87,419. The project is viable, through the analysis of the net present value corresponding to a value of USD 6,538 in the case of the project and USD 49,405 in the case of the investor. The internal rate of return determined for the project 17.29% and 47.95% for the investor.
