| Resumen : | La realidad de los jóvenes día a día se va modificando de acuerdo a las necesidades que se dan con el paso del tiempo. En la actualidad tienen una gran necesidad de descubrir por ellos mismos el mundo y experimentar nuevas cosas, generando así, responsabilidades que los ayudan a madurar y a conseguir sus metas por sí solos. Es por esto que la necesidad de independizarse es evidente. Este primer punto se ve ligado a la necesidad de poblar un sector importante en Quito como lo es Guápulo, un sitio donde sus riquezas, características y costumbres hacen que sea un lugar que atrae a la juventud, generando un impacto positivo por la gran aceptación a este tipo de usuario que se da por parte de la comunidad. Las dos necesidades permiten que el trabajo de titulación se base en fusionar la vivienda, el usuario y las fortalezas del sector para la creación de un proyecto que les permita desarrollar a los jóvenes sus necesidades en una vivienda juvenil que responda a cada etapa por la que una persona atraviesa entre los 18 y 29 años de edad. Tomando como punto de partida el gran potencial que tiene Guápulo, al ser un sector de la ciudad único y mágico para complementar la vida privada de los jóvenes y fortalecer el gran potencial del espacio público que tiene el lugar, generando así, una conexión incluyente con el contexto inmediato donde se implanta un proyecto que por sus características únicas no se podría lograr en ningún otro lugar. |
| Descripción : | The reality of young people every day has been modified according to the needs that appear along the time. Nowadays they have the necessity to discover by themselves the world and live the experience of new things, it also means generate responsibilities that help them to be mature and achieve their own goals. That is why it is evident their need for independence. This first point is linked to the need of populating an important sector in Quito as Guápulo, a place where its riches, features and traditions make it a place that attracts the young ones; it is generating a positive impact because of the great acceptance of this kind of user given by the community. The two needs allowed that the work degree would be based on merging the housing, the user and the strengths of the sector in order to create a project that allows them the development of youngs necessities in a youth housing that meets every stage that a person goes through between 18 and 29 years old. Taking as starting point the great potential that Guápulo has, it being a unique and magical place of the city to complement the private lives of young people and strengthen the great potential of public space, in that way it is generating an inclusive connection the immediate context where the implantation project like this one because of its unique features could not be achieved anywhere else. |
