Descripción : The Present Business Plan consists on the development of a project for the “Creation of a barbershop located on the parish of Abdon Calderon” located north of the city of Quito. The business plan will focus on the implementation of a service that seeks to satisfy the need for knight’s middle stratum, medium-low when the haircut or beard made. This idea will be developed in different environment to that of a usual hair salon. The idea seeks to provide a better price than the one that the industry offer nowadays. Nowadays men have more concern about the form that their hair and beard looks, for some men is very important to look clean and with their haircut well done. Haircuts has become a social trend in Ecuador, this is the main reason for this project to care for a disregarded target. The purpose of the barbershop is to engage customers with ages from 20 onwards. An important feature that must fulfill the customer is that he must be interested in trending haircuts. The shop will be located in the parish of Abdon Calderon, at Av. Capitan Geovanni Calles and Las Lomas, the place has been choosing this place due to the high influx of people at that particular place. This place is so strategic because it has a bus stop. It requires an investment of $ 9.207,28, and it will be financed with own funds (60%) and the remaining (40%) will be financed with a credit from the Banco del Pichincha credit. By Financial analysis, it got an IRR of 25.71% and a NPV of $ 3,044.65, calculated with a discount rate of 17.76%. The projections made in this financial model of this project, gave positive values, thus allowing following through with the project.
