| Descripción : | Ecuador is currently driving theory Cambio en la Matriz Productiva, which promotes the production of processed goods domestically before being exported to international markets. Therefore, this business plan focuses on the selling of eternal, preserved and dyed roses with the aim of diversifying the markets destination of Ecuadorian products. The company presented in this business plan is Rose Explosion, dedicated to the purchase and sale of processed roses. In addition, it is important to mention that Ecuador already produces these types of products and sells them to the same markets without diversifying. Hence, Rose Explosion suggests the export of these processed goods with value added to Canada, a market that imports these types of products from other countries, to start working with this market, Rose Explosion decided to focus on the city of Ottawa, which has a total of 20 companies registered as importers of these roses. Furthermore, Rose Explosion is a company that requires an investment of USD 18,296 to start its activities, having a period of payback of 2.15 years with an NPV of USD 43,379 and an IRR of 54.27%. Therefore, to conclude, Rose Explosion has the all the necessary tools to perform this activity, which will promote the theory Cambio en la Matriz Productiva and will diversify the destination of the processed roses markets. |
