Resumen : "La Bolera" is a bowling center that will be place in Santo Domingo de los Colorados, this city does not have this kind of entertainment services, and other cities have a hard competence between these entertainment businesses. However, the indirect competence in this city is synthetic grass field and dance clubs. “La Bolera” will be a new choice for entertainment by an innovative sport; this company will be located in the commercial zone of the city and will focus in people between 18 to 40 years old. Moreover, this bowling center will have a snack service and table tennis; those services would improve the experience of consumers in this bowling center. “La Bolera” will use a differentiation strategy; it provides something new to consumers, according to market research, with a reachable price. This company needs three people, one manager, one cashier and one waiter. After the completion of the financial analysis an initial investment of USD 268 533.73 was obtained, leading to valuation project with a positive NPV of USD 4,592.04 and an IRR of 24 %, it implies that this project has a positive profit.
