| Descripción : | This work is carried out in order to provide a new and effective alternative therapy for the treatment of tinnitus, using a therapy named Enriched Acoustic Environment (EAE). Tinnitus is characteristic by a beep; in most cases is a hearing condition which is present in our constant growing society, due to the modernization and industrialization of our time. Currently there are few hospitals and clinics in the country which provide solutions for treatment, and sites which make use of known sound therapies. Supported by the Faculty of Engineering of the University of the Americas and the Superior Council of Scientific Research in Madrid this study has been able to conduct a validation of therapies so that in the future it can be taken into account in different Centers of the country. |
