Descripción : This paper makes an analysis and research of public policies taken by the government of Rafael Correa, with regard to return migration in the period 2008 - 2014. To carry out research a theoretical analysis of secondary sources is used especially social documents academic journals that have updated information on bonding and social motivation that migrants to return to their country of origin information. The main results of the investigation determines that there is a political lineament defined in relation to migrants in the period. The national government adopted a stance since the creation of its Government Plan until it resulted in the creation of public institutions and government programs whose central axis migrant and his family. To apply these state programs seek protection in the State transnationalism and linking policies that bring migrants Ecuadorian society. The findings of the investigation, determined that the public support program for returning migrants with greater significance was the Cucayo Fund, through which migrants have the ability to generate a venture in the country under the support of seed capital nonrefundable provided by the State. It is important to mention that compared with other Latin American countries, Ecuador has multiple programs to support migrants in the process of return to the country, covering areas such as production, social security, housing, education and logistics.
