dc.descriptionCHAPTER I RESTRUCTURING OIL. This chapter summarizes the history of EP PETROECUADOR, the changes in the company printed by government regulations and the communication management that was handled at the time. CHAPTER II MILITARY ADMINISTRATION IN PETROECUADOR EP It tells about the Navy and their administrative management EP PETROECUADOR, it also mentioned the restructuring process that implemented in the company and insights about the clash of corporate cultures (civil and military) in the same organization. CHAPTER III CORPORATE CULTURE AND IMAGE IMMERSED IN EP PETROECUADOR This chapter summarizes the communication variables were taken into account in preparing this thesis, they are conceptualized and makes connection with the management system of the EP PETROECUADOR. CHAPTER IV RESEARCH METHODOLOGY This chapter shows the work of the research process that was conducted to carry out this thesis, which variables and conclusions allowed to formulate the proposed of the internal communication plan. CHAPTER V INTERNAL COMMUNICATION PLANBased on the organizational communication system, this chapter presents a proposed of communication plan, it is suggested to apply with successful results in EP PETROECUADOR, to overcome the problems and communication barriers engendered in the process of change and restructuring implemented in the company. The result with the implementation of the Plan will allow workers to get more informed, motivated and self-esteem, which will result in an improvement performance of the oil production.en
