From 2015, the flower industry has presented great challenges due to the stalemate both their products, markets and logistics networks. However, the sector has potential to diversify their products and markets. After making the analysis of the industry, it shows that the Japanese market represents an attractive flower trading market. Currently, 58% of the Japanese prefer products that are friendly to both the environment and society and the carnation is no exception, so the purchase of carnations certified Fair Flowers Fair Plants have a space in the Japanese market. The interviews showed favorable results. The carnation is a flower with an expansion trend in the Asian continent, because of their productivity, durability and price. It is the second most purchased flower by the Japanese. On the other hand, the survey made to a sample of 10 Japanese, showed that they would be willing to buy sustainable carnations at a high price if compared with the rest of the market. For this reasons, we have decided to create the marketer of flowers, Ecuadorian Flowers and Scents, which will offer to the Japanese market high quality carnations, with brilliant and defined colors, with long durability. Being the provider a fundamental part of the business, so an alliance is made with a backward integration, to ensure their commitment. For the commercialization of carnations in Japan, the strategies will be of differentiation and focus, while the internationalization strategy will be through a broker. All of these strategies will be accompanied by a quality product with a brand and slogan that represents their origin, with a competitive price and a distribution chain, agile and efficient to ensure product quality. Ecuadorian Flowers and Scents has a mission, vision and clear, achievable and measurable goals with a direct approach with its line of the business. In addition, it will have a team committed and effective. So it will have its own staff and outsourcing. Finally the feasibility of Ecuadorian Flowers and Scents is demonstrated, with a financial analysis where the income statement shows a profit from the first year of operations until de fifth year.en
