| dc.description | The following business plan has like a main objective make the factibility study of the creation of the Integral Care Center called DPatas. Which is a local located in the city of Quito and will be aimed to families with pets. The industry in which is located the Integral Care Center for pets is the Services of activities for pets like hotels and groomings; which has presented a growth in the recent years as evidenced by the expenditure of balanced meals reflecting an increase since 2003 to 2013 of 447%, from USD 2.27 millions to USD 12,68 millions. (Banco Central del Ecuador, 2014). There are 683 businesses about care pets in Quito and Guayaquil (Agrocalidad, 2014), this indicates that there is a demand for services that the industry provides. With market research conducted found that 88,77% of the people would be disposed to go with their pets to the Integral Care Center. Also gives data information where indicates that dogs and cats are the most important pets inside of the families in Quito, where the business aims to achieved the 1,93% of the target market in the first year. The Integral Care Center called DPatas uses the strategy of product development which consists of entering the market with an improved product. The business will offer for the the care and the benefit of the pets the service of grooming, spa and hotel, which are help to take care the healthy and the behavior of the pets inside of the houses. For the project an initial investment of USD 39.886 is estimated; 60% (USD 23.932) covered by a loan, and 40% (USD 15.955) for equity of three shareholder. With an expected scenario, the Project IRR is 22,59% and NPV of USD 10.067; demonstrating that the project is commercially viable and financially profitable. | en |
