The present project is looking for design of an industrial plant cleaning and disinfecting glass bottles re use, in order to continue the wash business glass bottles adding value through disinfection processes. Chapter 1 describes the background; reference frame with glass platitudes about the importance of re use, production of glass bottles in the country, disinfection technologies and standards; scope; justification; general objective and specific objectives of the project. In chapter 2 required for the project framework is shown. In Chapter 3, the logistics of supply of raw material described watching the circle of recycling glass bottles; recycling activities; location of raw material suppliers nationally and internationally; procurement processes; type, rating, pricing and packaging of raw materials; supply capacity units by historical shopping; transportation and costs associated with the acquisition and storage of raw materials. Product logistics is also described finished covering topics such as the description of the finished product; location and description of the main customers; moving materials; packaging and packaging of the finished product; capacity delivery units finished product by customer sales history; transportation and costs associated with the delivery of the finished product and storage. Reaching determination and projection of the current demand for the company through contracts with customers where the amounts are described in units to be delivered each month and no contracts by an amount on average units. In chapter 4 the optimal location of the industrial plant cleaning and disinfection of glass bottles by location methods that set the strategic location at the lowest cost and most proximity to suppliers and customers is determined. In Chapters 5 design technology disinfection processes are developed together with the analysis of quality among the conditions for entry of raw materials and conditions of the finished product made through laboratory tests (microbiological analysis) performed on a sample bottle glass are then analyzed and verified to determine compliance with quality standards through permissible limits on the concentration of microorganisms set by international standards. In chapter 6 the map of business processes described, emphasizing the description of the fundamental processes using diagrams characterization and process flows, followed with time and motion study, and performing a validation standard times, labor and capabilities of production processes using simulation software Flexsim. In Chapter 7 the design and distribution of industrial plant cleaning and disinfection of glass bottles used as reference standards in force in the Ecuadorian legislation and production capacity according to the calculated demand develops. For internal distribution plant algorithm Craft under the principle of minimization of materials handling and distances between areas using the WinQSB program it is used, and the final layout design three-dimensional modeling program SketchUp is used. In chapter 8 the economic and financial analysis where indicators of profitability and feasibility of the project are determined develops. Finally to mention and establish the project's findings and made recommendations relevant to the development and growth of the project.en
