dc.descriptionFor the following study discussed that as feasible is the implementation of a thematic ice cream parlor in the city of Quito called Sports Cream, which is focused for people who likes to enjoy a healthy and nutritious, mixed sports themed dessert especially "King" sport football, whose target market consists from the 19 - to 50-year-old. Determined the industry to which belongs to this type of business which is formed according to the INEC for: restaurants fast food and snacks, hamburgers, ice cream parlors, soda fountains, posts etc., whose ISIC corresponds to the 156101 (12), in what refers to as a growth industry according to the Central Bank of Ecuador, the average GDP growth is 8 In addition to throwing data over an entire 18840 fast food jobs data that were used to be able to channel the kind of demand that is needed for this type of business. One of the important points which one can quote is relation to the quantitative and qualitative study that was conducted in regards to market research, came to the conclusion that the target market is aimed at persons who are between age 19-50, whose social class is media-media high, also future customers response that was accepted was analyzed from the more than 75 , which is reached by means of quantitative processes as a total of 400 were surveys, interviews with experts and focus group, all throwing answers positive and acceptance for the implementation of Sports Cream. The data that were reflected in corresponding to financial analysis, took out the conclusion that is profitable business, whose investment capital is 53.075,32, is partitioned into a 64 by investors who are 3 members and the remaining will be financed by a loan to be obtained through the cooperative San Francisco de Asís. These financial data along with the corresponding analyses in what refers to utilities, sales, earnings, income and expenditures are suitable for the investor, that both the VAN and the shooting threw percentages in favor for the operation of the ice cream parlor.en
