| dc.description | This Thesis investigation is about the development of a company called Yaretzy, the company will produce and comercialize soaps named “Yaretzy”, prepared on base of saponina, same found in the seeds of quinoa, the content is high in protein, amino acids, rich in vitamins and minerals, for cleaning and natural moisture for the skin. Societies are realizing day after day how important of personal care, to keep good habits, taking into account that the soap is a staple product, which is found in all homes at Ecuador. It is expected to attract an audience of 25 years and older, worried about their personal care and physical appearance, willing to change the traditional artisan soap, which offers skin benefits. This research work provides added value to the artisanal sector and contributes to the development of the productive matrix, transforming this raw material (quinoa) to a finished product (handmade soap), part of the Campaign “First Ecuador”. We will need an investment of $ 11,800, of which 50 percent will be equity and the remaining 50% will be financed by a loan from the National Finance Corporation. Based on the financial analysis, an IRR of 40.75% and a NPV of 11,667.44, calculated with a discount rate of 14.76% it was obtained. Projections made in the financial model of the project, allow to estimate positive values for the company, which shows that the business is viable. | en |
