Descripción : In recent years, physical activity and sport in the country, especially in the city of Quito have had a substantial increase, and practice of football has been one of the most popular in the city, so creating spaces for the practice of this sport have multiplied becoming a profitable business that fail to meet the needs of customers. Beach Soccer UIO is created from the idea of providing the opportunity to practice the most popular sport in the country in a new way, novel and provide customer satisfaction physical activity, complemented by a beach atmosphere for the client to live a unique experience. Beach Soccer UIO is a sports center that offers the opportunity to practice beach soccer in the city of Quito to people aged 10 to 49 who are willing to physical activity and fun. The competitive advantage of the business is playing football on beach sand, the thematic environment where customers live a unique experience. And having such a competitive advantage overall marketing strategy to be applied is that of differentiation and positioning strategy is based on the characteristics of the services provided as recording matches for our customers in high definition. Centers of football on synthetic turf have an average price of $ 70 per hour rental, therefore because beach soccer is not positioned in the city of Quito strategy entry price will be the penetration since the cost hourly rental will be $ 50. The team raised work for the operation of Beach Soccer UIO consists of a general manager, coordinator of marketing and advertising, audiovisual producer, coordinator and assistant athletic fields and rentals. The initial investment for the business is $ 126,201, which is composed of working capital items, furniture and fixtures, computer equipment, implementation of the court, pre operational services. The structure of this value is 60 percent bank loan at an interest rate of 11,77 percent and 40 percent of equity investor. After the analysis of financial statements made it was determined that the NPV is 15,873 and IRR of 18,33 percent determining the profitability of the business.
