| dc.description | This study is aimed at optimization of the management machinery maintenance of water purification plant named “BRISAS CRYSTAL” at the Ecuadorian coast. To carry out these studies were identified certain stages its organizational situation, the actuality in your processes, the improvements could be made to the tooling maintenance and well better returns. Within each process, they were developed studies and methods of production area, for detect potential problems and achieving gather information on machinery (name, year of construction, and type of machine) and thus suggest changes to achieve solutions thereby improving management the maintenance of their equipment. In the uprising information data, was compiled on the number of stoppages that had each team, production volume, number of working hours according to their demand, as was the distribution of equipment for each process. After this was developed the criticality matrix of equipment to determine at what level he was each and get a sense of how the number of stoppages could affect production and the number of stoppages in some periods of time. In the stage developed of improvements of a process, was prepared a maintenance schedule, how to document manage, parts used in each maintenance, determining that maintenance personnel should be part of all activities. Concluding that it should make a proper distribution of their areas, the personnel must remain qualified, and to correctly monitor, for which is prepared formats according to the nature that the company. | en |
