| Resumen : | Desde tiempos remotos en la historia mundial, la mujer ha sido marcada por un papel sumiso ante la fortaleza corporal del hombre. A la mujer no se la respetaba como un verdadero ser humano, incluso relata la historia en algunas religiones no se la consideraba como tal. En verdad, la rebeldía de la mujer la ha llevado a alcanzar grandes logros que han sido fruto de un trabajo conjunto y organizado. Pero que, sin embargo, no ha sido apoyado por leyes que realmente hagan prevalecer sus deberes y derechos. Y aunque existan dichas leyes estas no se cumplen a cabalidad ni se hacen cumplir plenamente por las autoridades a cargo. Sin duda, son estas fallas las que han provocado que la mujer sea discriminada en todos los espacios, excepto donde el hombre machista le ha designado… |
| Descripción : | From remote times in world-wide history, the woman has been marked by a submissive paper before the corporal strength of the hand to the woman was not respected like a true one being human, even relates history in snore religions did not consider like so. In truth, the woman's revolt has taken them to achievement great profits that have been fruit of a joint and organized work. But, it has not been supported by laws that rea11y to make prevailing their duties and rights. And although they exist these laws are not fulfi11ed totally by the authorities. Without a doubt, they are faults that have caused that the woman is discriminated in a11 the spaces, except where the chauvinistic man has designated to her. By such reason, it has been the necessity to analyze the reality of our Ecuadorian woman, who as we11 as so many others, has been marginalized through the years. It is involving so a11 personages of the right to frame the points that have been signaled for a positive change. But also, to find out those faults that are in our judicial system. And it is that our country has gone slowly developing its conceptual part of facts that afflict to their society, thus, is made indispensable make a study than is provoking in the laws that prevail to the country. It is clear that, in fulfi11ment with having established at first to realis a serious and truthful investigation of the situation of the woman and the family in the Ecuadorian community. Gigantic steps have occurred since, certainly, it has been to back give back the ro11 that deserves the woman in its political participation, economic and social leaving his action exclusive of submissive housewife. And although, one has obtained the lineament of certain rights of the woman and their family are not quality results that really demonstrate that the woman in Ecuador is being respects and considered. |
