| dc.description | The web has become an important key in the advancement of digital media. onsider the usability at the moment of create a website is very important; of this aspect will depend that a website will be easy to use and access. If a web page want to be usable should have three important aspects: be friendly, easy to use and easy to understand. Many times the portals of the media do not offer these characteristics in their pages; that´s why I think it is important make a study of how digital media include the usability in their web portals. Although there are studies such as Jakob Nielsen that indicate the general rules to identify problems with usability, the media do not take into account aspects such as: system visibility, relationship between the system and the real world, control and the freedom of the user, consistency and standards, error prevention, recognition rather than recall, flexibility and efficiency of use, aesthetic and minimalist design, help users recognize, diagnose and recover from errors Nielsen (2006). Finished this investigation I will create a digital guide where I will indicated the parameters that has to be taken to create a website with the main aspects of usability. The main motivation of this study is achieve the right to the information that all users; have a right enshrined in the Constitution and The Law of Communication, users must access the sites that publish information easily and transparently without any barrier. We look also serving as a guide for the digital media can improve their portals. | en |
