Descripción : The following business plan has as objective to determine the viability of produce and export nutritional smoothies as frozen pulp that provides profits. The project propose to investigate the industry, analyze the market intelligence, design a marketing plan, marketing strategies, production and operation plans, as well as, select the work team and establish the financial viability of the project. The five porters forces have been developed, by the hand of a politic analysis, economic analysis, social analysis, technologic analysis, legal analysis and environmental analysis; thus observing the strengths, weaknesses of the company and the opportunities and threats of the surroundings. In the market intelligence the analysis used a quantitative method (survey) and qualitative method (experts interview). In addition, the investigation realizes a market segmentation and comparative matrix to select the market with three different countries, cities and strategy partners. The base of the marketing plan is to acquire the strategy, four Ps, distribution, customer service and warranties. The develop plan includes the product improvement, intellectual property, risks and difficulties. The operational and production plan has been developed; determining the suppliers of raw material, packing, machinery and tools, jointly the operational cycle has been established together with the flowchart of production activities. In addition, the storage capacity has been detailed. The plan is going to implement a general schedule of activities to start-up the business. Finally, the business plan needs an initial investment of USD 297.260,79, which is not going to be financed with debt, because shareholders partner contribute with the capital injection. The breakeven is going to be achieving at the 11th month, with 3.483 unities and USD 92.408,94; the capital recovery period is estimated to the 4th year. As a result, the project determine an internal rate of return (IRR) of 32,06% and a net present value (NPV) of USD 93.042,55. For that reason the business plan is viable financially.
