Descripción : The present project is about the implementation of a recreation center based on the different modalities of golf, located at the Valley San Pedro of Nayon, denominated “Golf Park”; in order to provide the population a place where they can have fun performing a sport that they are not used to due to lack of knowledge. The center will have three main modalities that will be: Driving Range, Mini golf and a small 3 holes field to play some games. During the course of this project more modalities will be implemented like: SNAG, golf bowling, golf billiards, disc golf and others. The main characteristics of the target market are people belonging to a socioeconomic sector medium, medium-high and high located in Cumbaya, Nayon and in the north of Quito; that are in range of 18 to 45 years old and are interested in having fun with sports activities. In terms of promotion, the advertising in Cumbaya will be done through the magazines Valles and Cumbayork and also their Fan pages, in order to reach the target market. Golf Park will also be interested in direct marketing to accomplish loyal customers and have a good word of mouth. Within the financial study, the total investment is 173.280 dollars which represents a barrier to entry for new competitors. The financial evaluations are projected to 5 years having a net present value of 133.394 dollars with an internal rate of return of 37.73 percent and the investment recovery period will be at the fourth year, which means that the project has a positive economic viability.
