Descripción : Day by day the trend in health care is increasing along with the demand for nutritional products. For this reason, the production of “Pure Nature” cold pressed juices combined with alfalfa or chia seeds is strategic as it allows the creation of a 100% natural product that manages to differentiate itself in the market. A penetration strategy will be applied in order to capture a significant market share. This product directs to people between 25-37 years old, located at the north, center, south and valleys (Cumbayá and Tumbaco) of Quito, with medium-high and high socioeconomic level and a healthy lifestyle. It is important to know that while in packaged juice industry exists many options of nectar, and concentrates, cold pressed and high pressure processed juices are considered the most nutritional alternative due to its manufacturing process that allows to preserve important properties from fruits and vegetables and extends duration of juice for one month without the needing preservatives. In order to develop this project, the total investment amount of is approximately: $ 567,012.17 USD. This will be financed using the next structure: 60% - equal contributions of ten partners and 40% - five-year loan to the National Finance Corporation. Finally, through cash flow it was possible to determine that the NPV is $ 201,859.12 USD and IRR 27.47%, which ensures the viability of the project
