Descripción : The purpose of the present business idea is analyze and determine the viability of the Company Natural Sumaq Cia. Ltda. creation, which will be dedicated to the production and commercialization of beauty products based on Sacha Inchi seed, first with shampoo and liquid soap. The Company will be located in Tababela – Quito. The beauty and personal care business is part of the chemical industry that in the last years presented an average growth of 10%. Proving that the chemical industry presents positive ratios. With the Five Forces of Porters analysis could determinated that the threats of new competitors is high, as well as the negotiation power of the clients, but the competitors rivalry is medium, and the negotiation power of the clients, but the negotiation power of providers and the threat of substitute products is low. The strategies that will be used are: Market penetration and concentric diversification. The Market study was through descriptive qualitative research (focus Group and an interview) and the descriptive quantitative research (surveys). The results of the interviews are: 93% of the surveyed population will use the products with Sacha Inchi seed, also the 18% prefer the product image, brand and price. 52% prefer buy at supermarkets. The marketing strategy that will be used is promotion because it is a new Company and new products and it is necessary introduce and release the brand through discounts and promotions. NATURAL SUMAQ comprise three departments are Human Resources and Finance, Operations and Marketing. According to financial analysis it was performed having a five-year projection taking into account the constant prices with and without financing in three scenarios determine that: The initial investment will be USD 107.549,05 which is divided into 70% (USD 75.284,34) with bank loan to the National Development Bank and 30% (USD 32.264,72) will be with equity capital partner. In the normal stage the opportunity cost you have is the 11.55% .In the first year has a gross income of USD 217695,97 and an operating profit in the same period is USD 49885,77 with a balance of 29993 units at a price of USD 6, 50 and a VNA of USD 11.188,95 to and a TIR of 15.17%. The investment is recovered in the third year.
