Its main ingredient is soy, it is considered a super food which contains 9 of the 10 essential amino acids that the body needs, it helps to reduce bad cholesterol, preventing breast cancer, ovarian and prostate, and also diseases related with the heart, is an alternative treatment for osteoporosis, reduces symptoms of menopause because of the phytoestrogens that are "natural hormones" and contains twice as much protein as meat, four times the protein of eggs and twelve times milk proteins.
