Descripción : This investigation work has been developed by the objective of making a Proposal about a Communication Plan to improve the Identity, Culture and Corporative Image from the Confection Textile workshop EcuaJeans, located in Pelileo, in Tungurahua Province. San Pedro de Pelileo is located in Tungurahua Province; it covers an area of 201.5 Km2. Because textile production is done here, the city is called "Blue City of Ecuador”, as well as "Capital of Jean" (3) Pelileo is considered a manufacturing and production jeans center, nationally and internationally. Around 30% of its population is engaged in this activity developed around 850.000 (eight hundred and fifty thousand) pieces that are distributed monthly by 80% nationally and 20% respectively in the Canton. It also generates a monthly income to the country economy almost USD. $ 7.000.000 (seven million dollars) (4) EcuaJeans competes in the Ecuadorian market around sixteen years ago; this enterprise produces about 13000 articles monthly, which generates an income that exceeds $95000 each month. However, it does not count with a strategicexplicit plan, the communication process is informal because of the inexistent strategies defined which do not permit the enterprise to communicate its identity, and because of the administration who does not arrange properly the image that projects to the internal and external targets. This investigation project has been divided in 2 parts: bibliographic investigation, where I could identify analyze and gather together the related information to the variable of this study, as such as it would be applicable to the final proposal; and also camp investigation, effected with the study about many environment aspects where the organization works. As final and main purpose it was considered as population of study about three different groups, conformed by: Textile workshop operators (workers); clients; and, the general community who lives in Pelileo. Equally, was obtained additional information from the interviews realization to many experts that know the topic. Finally, it proceeded to design a proposal of a communication plan for EcuaJeans, which looks for satisfy the communication needs that were found on the organization public; besides, to promote a formal communication culture, beyond impulsing exchange of information, ideas or suggestions that permit the enterprise get a good relationship with its main target, in order to have success in the market and also to accomplish the objectives what for it was created trough the strategies and coherent action support.
