| dc.description | Where as in our countrys children, especially those found in the streets and who are at risk, are not sufficiently protected by the state against the daily hazards they face, because they ignore their shortcomings and violations of their rights. As the need arises to determine and review of childrens rights under the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador and the Code of Childhood and Adolescence, where we can observe the obligations and duties of the state, society and the family have towards children and, as there are foundations, homes and houses that are working for them, who defend their rights, cater to their needs and give them love and attention, by organizing their lives and give them a guide for them to survive and contribute positively to society. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to propose ways to help rescue children from one of the areas of our city of Quito where more influx of street children there, and that the proposed plan serves as example to apply throughout the Metropolitan District of Quito and later in all countries, to develop physically, intellectually and spiritually within society and as a result of providing opportunity, equality, love, care, support, respect and a better future to achieve its integral development, and reduce the crime that invaded our country today. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Considerando que en nuestro País los niños, especialmente los que se encuentran en las calles y que están en riesgo, no tienen la suficiente protección por parte del Estado frente a los peligros diarios que enfrentan, debido a que se ignoran sus carencias y se violan sus derechos. Por lo que surge la necesidad de determinar y hacer una revisión de los derechos de los niños establecidos en la Convención de los Derechos del Niño, en la Constitución de la República del Ecuador y en el Código de la Niñez y Adolescencia, donde nos permiten constatar las obligaciones y deberes que el Estado, la Sociedad y la Familia tienen hacia los niños; y, como existen fundaciones, centros y casas hogares que trabajan a favor de ellos, quienes defienden sus derechos, atienden sus necesidades y les brindan amor y atención, lo cual organiza sus vidas y les dan una guía para que puedan sobrevivir y contribuir positivamente a la sociedad… | es_ES |
