| Descripción : | The service industry is very diverse and caters to important economic sectors, generating income opportunities for new players in the industry, offering a variety of services that meet tastes, preferences and needs of increasingly demanding markets. The new company will offer cleaning services, plumbing, electricity and masonry to households and SMEs in northern Quito, compliance with customer requirements power, at an average market price analyzed based on competition, service delivered directly without the need for intermediaries; the service will be announced through advertising, public relations and promotional material that will provide information to potential customer. The potential market of cleaning and maintenance is made by households and SMEs in the city of Quito, being 454,513 potential claimants, of which 394,60 individuals are willing to acquire the services of cleaning and maintenance which aims to offer the new company. The initial investment required for the implementation of the business plan is USD. 105,994.30 consists of tangible assets (31.30%), intangible assets (0.88%) and working capital (67.82%). The sources of income have the company come from the delivery of maintenance and cleaning delivery market in Quito. Fixed costs are expenses that do not vary with the number of services offered by the company, while variable costs have been set according to each type and amount of service they offer. |
