Descripción : Gymki is a fully new business that seeks to provide a completely original new concept about the way to train or exercise children who have an age range from 5 to 11 years; one of the main reasons why it was decided to start with this project are the high rates of childhood obesity and sedentary lifestyle that the INEC announced on a national survey about health and nutrition in the years 2011-2013. The use of interactive and unconventional machinery, that is specially design and made for the use of children to exercise while they think they are playing, is the basis on which the gym will base their activities, these machines help on three pillars with which we will work on Gymki, these are the motor, social, and physical health; Gymki mission is to institute a sporting culture since early ages in order to avoid a sedentary lifestyle, also is important to let children know the importance and benefits that brings the physical activity in a continuous manner. About the results that the market research brings those were really positive because the parents who are the buyers of the service responded that they would send their children to this gym, so the acceptance of the business idea was over 90 percent. The strategy that makes Gymki different from other business sells the idea of using interactive machinery, establish a new concept for physical activity, and have qualified professionals who can guide each of the routines of the three training plans that have been planned. It is important to let know that Gymki is going to have three different groups according to ages, having this programs allow customization of the exercises which gives a bonus to Gymki as they ensure the security and good performance of each of the routines for children by the coaches. Finally, the financial side of the project have positive figures demonstrating the project viability, with a range of 30,575 dollars and an internal rate of return of 28.80 percent, these data says that the investment by shareholders will be worth it because at the fourth year of operation they will recover their investment; it is also important to let know that since the start of the second year of operation a profit will be obtained.
