Descripción : The main goal of this thesis, it is to determine then, the viability and the current market possibilities, in order to create an enterprise for the gathering of the plastic garbage and subsequently, the selling of it as raw material to other companies, for recycling and other purposes. With this aim, the present work has been structured in the chapters, as follows: The first chapter refers to a general description of the business project and the creation of the enterprise. The following chapter continues with an analysis of the national industry for recycling plastic garbage; the new trends in this regards and a (PEST) analysis. In order to support this market research, we have recurred to different studies including qualitative and quantitative information such as surveys; interviews to experts and focus groups. All of this has allowed us to obtain substantial information regarding the different actors in this industry, such as suppliers, potential clients, and other competitors. The developing of a Marketing Plan, has been done by taking as a guide, the principles and main concepts exposed in the book Fundamentos de Marketing from Philipe Kotler. Within this plan, we have been able to establish the necessary market strategies, as well as the more efficient use of the current media (social media, publicity, etc.), in order to place the company in the local national market. The next chapters, refers to an Operational and Production Plan, it is establish as well the management team and the general chronogram of activities, and also it provides an analysis of the critical risks, potential problems and assumptions.
