Resumen : El Productor musical, es la persona que tiene en sus manos la dirección de un proyecto musical, toma decisiones sobre lo que se va a realizar, ya sea un sencillo o un álbum...
Descripción : The producer is the person in charge of the direction of a musical project, and who makes about what is to be performed; it can be a single or an album. It is him who forms and guides the professional team of musicians, to achieve a finished musical work. This musical piece is based on the processes of preproduction, production and postproduction, to determine the guidelines to follow and to fulfill its objectives, obtaining a song named “Amor al Arte” (Love for the Arts, in English). The song was composed, since its inception, with the sound of four basic elements: drums, bass, guitar and vocals with which the basic idea of the structure is formulated. The intention is to add more musical instruments, as the project progresses, without losing coherence of the final composition that is planned. The song “Amor al Arte” comes from the combination of two musical styles: rock (heavy metal) and rap (hip-hop). The fusion of these is characterized by the strength of rock (its musical form and structure) and the rap lyric (its lyrics and / or verses), performed by the rock band Punto Fossil, and the rap duo Eternos Kila. The process to obtain an artistic work of high technical level, is divided into several steps, which are explained in this project: the hours of rehersal were conducted in the auditorium of the former Teatro Fénix, preliminary recordings, long hours of recording in a studio, as well as, mixing sessions, where the equalization and the parameters are explained, and the parameters of dynamic processors used, and the type of treatment to the sound before obtaining the final piece. Those who participated in this musical project made a decision together to define what would be more attractive to conclude the song. Once the music and chord lines satisfied the whole group, in terms of its proper tone and timbre, the day and time of the final recording in the studio of Universidad de Las Américas are defined.
