dc.descriptionAlerVida is the first retail store that will sell imported products in Quito. It will focus on products that help improve the quality of life for people with skin, respiratory and food allergies. Thought the sale of these products will achieve the needs of this vulnerable and forgotten group and this will make easier life to consumers. One of the main objectives is to offer a shopping experience. There will be an extra consulting service allergist to special and different clients. AlerVida will have two different targets, one dedicated to Quito householders with kids and adolescents who suffer from this medical problem. The other target is comprised between (25-60) years that have been diagnosed with any allergic problem. In both segments the socioeconomic level is medium/high and high because the products have a high price. With no production processes, there will not exist danger for the stakeholders. However the company will seek to make operational processes in which it is always think of the welfare of environment and community. The stuff will be composed of: board of trustees, an administrative director and two saleswoman/cashiers. Each of them will be receive constant training about allergic issues in order to guaranteed the best customer service management. The best way to reach the two target markets and promote the products will be through viral media such us Facebook, twitter, Instagram and WhatsApp. This will bring benefits of cost and consumer great coverage. The financial results of this investigation confirm that the project is profitable. The internal rate of return on a period of five years for a cash flow valuation shall be 42,8% higher category than CAPM 15,6%, and with a positive Net Present Value USD 69.670. The initial investment will be USD 81.788, funding will be as follows: 40% equity and 60% through a loan to five years.en
