| Descripción : | Ambato is one of the fastest growing cities, economically and demographically, in Ecuador. This situation has created a market for entertainment services in this city. The Company Bolera will be an option to cover this necessity in this place. For this project it is essential to develop a business plan, legal structure and find a location for the Company. Bolera will rent bowling, pin pon and pool tables, karaoke and snack bar services. The main targets of this business are people between 10 and 34 years old. The Company will be located in Ficoa, a place where young people regularly go during their free time. The marketing strategy is Differentiation, positioning this service with a More for More tactics. The investment for this project is 876.953,12 USD. The shareholders of this business will invest 700.000 USD (79.8 %) and the following 176.953,12 USD (20.2 %) will be lend from a bank. This business plan has financial viability, after being tested in three scenarios. In the regular scenario the NPV is 83.493,39 and the IRR is 14%. |
