| dc.description | Within a legal system of democratic implementation, headed by a legal supreme norm, focused on protecting rights and demand obligations for the benefit of the common good of society and a ward of the guarantor state, we have substantiated the need to experience the causes that lead to the formation of a law and its consequences in a strictly legal level, so in this case it is imperative to analyze in a critical - legal form of a law that carries a certain amount of legal rules involved directly to universal principles, fundamental rights and guarantees established in our Constitution, their high standards, and supported international human rights standards. In consideration of the foregoing, the Ley Orgánica para la Defensa de los Derechos Laborales is in a suitable stage to expose the reasons, scopes and legal consequences, in a benefit or detriment of our society, in this way, we will test the system and legal procedure to guarantee or, otherwise, violate the so-called constitutional democracy. | en |
